I am looking for a talented IT specialist or a company that is able to create an investment platform. The platform is to operate on principles similar to crowdfunding, but there will be no collection of payments and signing contracts with a payment declaration (this is to be generated automatically and secured with a certified signature - adobe sing or something else).
On the platform we will need:
Home page - a description of how the platform works and only after logging in we go to the current investment opportunities. Registration is a form with our guidelines to be completed and only after approval from our side is access to the platform.
Investment site - on the investment site, the product amounts to a numerator of the sum declared by investors The declaration status bar automatically changes after signing the online contract with the declared sum.
Contract party - generator of contracts with data entered in the form.
After receiving the investment amount - when the status bar reaches 100%, the website will automatically send an e-mail to investors with information about the date of transfer of funds up to 7 days.
