Job description
We are looking for a person or an office to handle incoming hotline calls in German.
Number of calls per day about 10-40 per week. Average call time usually less than 2min.
Hotline availability from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
We can prepare a script of frequently asked questions and answers to make it easier to get acquainted with our product. We are an online store.

- possession of a valid student ID card (for pupils/students up to 26 years of age)
- confirmed statement of full-time employment for at least the minimum wage
- having a business activity
