Improving the design of subpages. Only people with extensive UX/UI experience.

We are looking for a graphic designer to improve some of the main elements of the system (tables, dashboard, product cards, etc.) in the desktop and mobile versions. I attach to the order the first sub-page, which we want to organize (with content censorship, but it is easy to discern the layout of the page).

The site on PC is still readable as such (although not everything - several important elements are not exposed enough, the overall style would be good to improve). Mobile, on the other hand, is completely a problem with readability, you will probably need to base this sub-page on drop-down tabs to make it easier to quickly get to the information you need. So a good knowledge of UX/UI principles required.

So, as part of the order, I ask for a quote for the project for the structure as in the attachment (PC and mobile version), then there is a possibility of cooperation on the basis of further sub-pages. Working closely with the developer, so experience with implementations and an idea of HTML/CSS page structure are welcome - what can be changed easily, and what will require rebuilding the entire project. We are not interested in offers from agencies, groups, etc. Only freelancers of the highest quality.
