Hi,

I am looking for a person/company who has a working knowledge of Office 365? I would like to couple outlook with (MSPlaner or MSlists or TODO question which is better) and Teams .

Specifically I would like employees to be able to assign tasks to themselves/others/group not only from Planner/Lists/TODO/Teams but also from outlook. NP. by right clicking on an email, add as task. ( E.g. now there is an option "send to one note").

Example - if an employee receives an email from a client that something needs to be done, then instead of forwarding that email or copying it to another program as a task ( we do that now ) the employee will be able to assign that email as a task to himself or another person/group directly from outlook.

From what I managed to read and Google it is possible to do this through various types of integration or PowerAutomate, but I do not know about it at all.

The task is simple, but you need to have knowledge in this subject.

We are running on Azure and have O365B package licensed for each user. The users at the moment are 12. including 4 groups.

Required functions:

I expect, guarantee for implementation and care of this implementation. Unfortunately, there have been situations that the developer, after the work was delivered, went underground....
