Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Community Management:
Oversee and grow Flawsome!’s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms.
Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with brand campaigns and key industry moments like B Corp Month.
Engage with our community, responding to comments and fostering conversations that align with our brand’s values.
Creative Copywriting & Brand Storytelling:
Write engaging, witty, and human-centric copy for social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
Ensure all messaging aligns with Flawsome!’s brand voice—witty, honest, positive, and human.
Craft compelling LinkedIn content, both for the Flawsome! brand page and the founder’s personal page, to enhance our thought leadership in sustainability and food waste reduction.
Founder Storytelling & Personal Branding:
Collaborate with our founder to shape and communicate their story across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Develop thought-leadership content that positions the founder as a key voice in the sustainability and food waste space.
Identify and leverage storytelling opportunities that amplify Flawsome!’s mission and impact.
Industry Engagement & Trendsetting:
Stay active in relevant industry groups and communities to discover new engagement opportunities.
Keep an eye on industry trends in sustainability, branding, and digital marketing.
Proactively share insights and propose fresh creative initiatives.
