I would like to order a course enrollment and payment verification system.
1) Each course enrollment form can be customized by us i.e. we can edit, add or remove fields in the form. For each course we can create a different application form individually.
2) The system can be linked to any website and these websites work together.
3) The enrolment form includes consent for personal data processing, acceptance of regulations etc.
In the enrolment form there is a choice of payment by instalments and then a contract is displayed for acceptance, in the case of payments without instalments a general contract for the participation in the course is accepted. The data of the person enrolling in the course are automatically downloaded to the agreements.
The system automatically sends e-mails and text messages informing about enrolling in a course, paying an advance, paying in full etc. We can set the content of emails and dates of sending. 6.
In the information e-mail there are links to on-line payments (separately advance payment and the rest of the payment), connected with the system, i.e. after the customer pays the advance, an automatic e-mail is sent informing that the advance payment has been received.
(7) The system sends automatic emails before the final date of payment of the advance and the rest of the amount due.
8) You can manually send emails to multiple people at the same time.
9) When someone enrolls for a course you will get information about enrollment.
10) Apart from the course a client can buy e.g. a book and the system sums up the purchases.
11) The system can generate a list of all purchases. The system can generate a list of course participants with their data from the enrolment form.
12) The system can be used to generate final documents: a certificate, an ID card or a certificate. The personal data are downloaded automatically to the documents and the content of the documents can be edited by yourself (not personal data, but e.g. course programme, course name etc.).
