Scope of the order:

- Create an application that will perform about 20 defined actions in BaseLinker.

- The ordering party will provide a detailed description of the tasks and steps that the application is to perform.

- Upon completion, the application should be run on virtual machines owned by the outsourcer.

Requirements:
