The area of the premises is 286 m2. The premises are located on the first floor of a newly constructed six-storey multi-family building. At the moment there are 4 separate premises, but it is possible to combine them to create the final project, i.e. premises for medical and aesthetic purposes. In the existing space we would like to create the maximum number of premises/offices in which it will be possible to perform the following services: laryngological, psychological, allergological, endocrinological, diabetological, ophthalmological, etc. It is important that the project meets the expectations of sanitary authorities. The creation of a bathroom/toilet should also be taken into consideration. Please give me an approximate time for the task. If necessary, of course I will send more materials.
