Looking for a programmer in a support/helpdesk role for clients who have Prestashop-based stores with us. Work and help within the front-end. In back-end installations/configurations of modules. We work in trello.
Examples of queries to solve:
- Our discount code is not working, please set up
- We want to change the banner on the homepage
- Please suggest plugins to connect with FB
Billing based on man hour reports once a month. Requires a non-disclosure agreement. Please provide a rate per h assuming 15-20 h per month of support to start.
