Responsibilities:

Development and optimization of the e-commerce platform: Implementing new features, optimizing store performance, taking care of scalability of solutions.

Integration with external APIs: Connecting the store with external payment systems, suppliers, CRM and ERP tools.

Maintenance and updates: Overseeing the current technical status of the store, software updates, ensuring data security.

Diagnostics and troubleshooting: Quick response to reported technical problems, analysis and troubleshooting.

Technical support to other departments: Collaborate with the marketing and sales department to technically support ongoing campaigns and promotions.

Performance monitoring: Analyzing store performance data, reporting and making improvements.
