Graphic designer for Meta Ads creative, Google Ads and social media profiles

We are looking for a freelancer - graphic designer to create advertising creations under Meta Ads systems (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, social media profiles and occasionally Tik Tok.

Form of cooperation: Project-based, with remuneration depending on the number of projects/creatives. We are looking for a freelancer or someone working in an agency who wants to make some extra money. Availability during business hours required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creating graphics for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns and for social media profiles

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva. Proficiency in video editing programs is welcome.

- Knowledge of the principles of creating effective advertising creatives. You know what kind of creatives attract the user's attention the most and what elements should be implemented to make the viewer stop on the feed.

- A sense of style and aesthetics

- You understand marketing and the impact of creatives on attracting and retaining users
