I'm a web developer and I build sites on Wordpress. I use a combination of Wordpress + Oxygen + MetaBox which gives a very high flexibility. First of all, I build the theme from scratch so I am able to copy the design from Figma or Photoshop 1:1 adjusting everything for desktop and mobile.
