Dzień dobry. Potrzebuję formularza na stronę wordpress/woocommerce w którym klient wypełni wszystkie potrzebne dane. Formularz ma być dokładnie taki sam jak tutaj : https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/Auth/TravelRegister/

Ma zbierać wszystkie informację i zapisywać jako "custom fields" przy danym produkcie. Czyli klient na końcu formularza klika "add to cart" i ma się dodawać produkt o danym id do koszyka i ma potem mi jako adminowi pokazywać wszystkie te dane w szczegółach zamówienia.

Formularz ma być multistep. 5-6 kroków z "review" na końcu gdzie klient sprawdzi czy poprawnie wprowadził wszystkie dane.
