Remove old API integration and replace it with new API

Upgrade Django version, first create testing environment

Create a pipeline to deploy code in AWS

Upgrade Angular version to support the latest version

Upgrade Elastic Search index (and version to latest version).

Integrate the site with sentry to log all errors.
