Goal:
Integrate Firmao with WooCommerce for automatic invoice generation without VAT, compliant for micro-enterprises.
Setup:
Connect via API/key, sync orders & payments.
Map products/SKUs and payment methods.
Disable VAT (“bez VAT”) with correct legal exemption.
Trigger:
On order status Completed / Payment accepted, generate and email invoice to client.
Template:
Customize numbering, language, legal mentions, currency, logo/signature.
Include product lines, shipping, discounts, payment received.
Support credit notes for returns/refunds.
Archiving:
Store PDF in Firmao, give client download link.
Auto-post to KPiR journal.
Testing:
Run full order and refund tests, check attachment delivery & compliance.
Operations & Alerts:
Provide quick-use guide.
Enable alerts for failed invoice creation or sending.
Training (4–5h):
Check accounting data accuracy.
Scan and integrate receipts/invoices.
Add non-Polish invoices into system.
Deliverables:
