Excel e-Commerce sales reports (not necessarily accounting education)

We are looking for a person to prepare simple reports in excel (e-commerce sales). However, you do not have to specialize in e-commerce, taxes or accounting.

If you have accounting education and / or experience, it is possible to extend the scope of cooperation with additional tasks.

You work remotely with the possibility of establishing permanent cooperation, during which you perform the agreed number of Excel Reports each month.

Ultimately, you will receive 5-15 Reports per month with the possibility of increasing the scope of work. You will perform the activities of preparing an Excel Report from a CSV sales file by filtering, sorting, copying to new cards, formatting columns and rows based on our tips / guidelines.

It takes an average of 1 hour to complete one Report. Write what it would look like financially for one Report.

If:

• you are available for 5-15 hours in the period between the 5th and 17th of a given month,

• you are fluent in Excel in the presented range,

• you are accurate and timely,

• you have a high level of self-discipline,

• working from home you can cut yourself off from Netflix, Instagram. WhatsUp etc. for several continuous working hours,

• "You feel" tables, numbers, sorting, filtering,

• you are interested in permanent cooperation,

• you have a positive attitude to life 😊,

We will choose 2-3 people to prepare 2 Trial Reports (of course for a fee). Then we will arrange a Skype video call (in the first week of March) and show you step by step the process of creating Excel Reports.
