Encoding a project from adobe XD to html + css + js (onepage)

Description

I am looking for a person who has extensive, several years of experience in coding graphic designs to html + css + js

I have a graphic design for one page that needs to be coded. The project consists of 7 sections, three of which are quite difficult to code, and there will be background animations on the page while scrolling (not standard parallax). Animations are included in the project.

I am asking for an offer with a portfolio and information about the experience.

I will send the selected person the project for the final valuation.

I care about time and it would be nice to code the project until Monday night or Tuesday morning
