Encoding a PDF offer into an HTML mailing

Description

For my client I need to translate the offer from PDF to HTML mailing, so that the offer can send fully in the body of the message. This should work in popular email clients and not crash ;)

The offer is 28 pages long, of which 8 pages are full page images alone. Examples of pages from the offer I attach in the order.
