Job description

An apartment in Warsaw, 100 sq m, in a tenement house from 1933 to be renovated. Currently, there are four rooms, a kitchen, a technical room, a toilet, a bathroom, and a corridor.

Office for an IT company

Possibility to keep the current room layout or change:

1 room - 2 desks

2nd room - 3 desks

3rd room - 1 desk + table

4th room - 4 desks / conference room

To be implemented

Cables - replacement of the entire installation,

Windows - to be replaced

Door joinery - can be kept / replaced

Heaters - can be kept / replaced

Floors - oak 1933 in two rooms. the rest to be replaced

Bathrooms - to be replaced

Canteen - to be replaced

interior design and arrangement - we focus on simple, bright interiors, ergonomic surfaces, a place for comfortable work for a group of 6-8 people, preparation of the wiring design, interior lighting from scratch, arrangement of office furniture (desks and tables can be taken from the old office), designing a bathroom, technical room, kitchen from scratch (here it is possible to change the arrangement of the walls). We are thinking about installing air conditioning for three rooms on the eastern side (visa v and kitchen / bathroom rooms)
