Data Research / Company Database Building - Polish Ltd Companies in the UK

Job description

I am looking for a person to support me with company research and database building.

The project involves identifying Polish Ltd companies operating in the United Kingdom and preparing a well-structured contact database with basic information about those companies.

This is not a calling or sales role.

At this stage, I am interested only in accurate research and building a high-quality database.

Scope of work

The tasks will include:

• searching for Polish companies operating in the United Kingdom,

• selecting companies that match the agreed profile,

• confirming that the company operates as a Ltd,

• finding basic company and contact details,

• organizing the collected data in a spreadsheet / database.

What kind of companies I am looking for

I am interested in companies that meet the following criteria:

• they operate in the United Kingdom,

• they are Ltd companies,

• they are run by Polish owners / directors,

• they are active and carry out real business activity.

Data that should be included in the database

Example scope of data:

• company name,

• website,

• phone number,

• email address (if available),

• location,

• industry,

• name and surname of the owner / director (if possible to identify),

• indication whether the company appears to be run by a Polish owner / director,

• indication whether the company meets the Ltd criteria.

Who I am looking for

I am looking for someone who has experience in:

• data research / web research,

• building databases,

• finding companies and contacts,

• filtering and organizing data,

• working with Google, LinkedIn, Companies House, business directories, etc.

A big advantage will be experience in:

• lead research,

• prospect research,

• building B2B databases.

Important

What matters to me most:

• accuracy,

• the ability to filter and assess data,

• database quality rather than just the number of records.

I am not interested in mindless copy-pasting.

What matters is smart research and proper company selection.
