I would like to commission a project for a timber frame house with a construction area of up to 70m2 with an attic for adaptation. The project can be an adaptation of an existing project if it meets the conditions from the specifications below. The project should be simple to build, which is expressed in the specification below.
Please provide me with a quote and estimated waiting time for the architectural and construction project, including foundation/adaptation on the plot.
Specification:
Building dimensions: 9m x 7.77m
Wall cross-section from outside:
Ventilated board elevation

Skeleton:
structural wood section 195mm/45mm (C24 wood).
Skeleton in such a structure that between the columns enter the wool insert, that is, between the beams of the gap free 49cm.
Foundation:
Foundation slab, 15-20cm on a stone foundation.
Roof:
Gabled,
with ticks,
With full boarding,
membrane and shingles.
Heating:
Solid fuel stove (wood) - fireplace 13Kw
To the selected person I will also send a project of room layout.
The plot is included in the MPZP. The map for design purposes is already ready.
