I will commission a (I think) simple CRM system. Customer base with projects attached to them.
Main assumption: The system must check the project validity date and at the end of it send @ asking the client whether it extends the project's activity or resigns.
Forms through the Laravel framework. Adding, editing, displaying / sorting + Logs
Adding name, tax identification number, contact details to the customer database,
Adding several txt fields, expiry date, logs to the client
Administrator accounts and customer accounts where he will be able to check what projects he has.
Scripts must (can be called before the admin) check the expiry date of the project, if it ends, send an email to customers asking whether it is extending the payment or resigning (in bulk or individually)
The e-mail should contain a link that the customer clicks on and the system immediately records the project whether he resigns or pays further, log of the event in the database
The admin is to be able to generate a proforma invoice and send it to the client directly from the system
In the admin panel, a list of clients, a list of projects, various variants, expiry dates, sorting, sending defined and any emails to the client + log
Login for admin / two-step google authenticator or something similar
I am asking for an approximate quote, I do not exclude further development of the application at this stage
