Creative graphic designer for a clothing brand

Description
A marketing agency is looking for a graphic designer-freelancer for permanent cooperation on a fashion brand project. We are looking for someone who is able to create original and diverse works and someone who feels the brand's atmosphere well.
Work during the week, 8am - 4pm, no after-hours assignments.
The cooperation would mainly focus on creating banners for the website (about 2-3 per week) and other marketing materials like posts.
In our agency, graphic designers sign an NDA - the goal is to avoid a situation where graphic designers work with direct competitors of our clients.
Please quote a realistic rate for preparing a banner for a website:)
