Creation of the "Equinox" logo

Good evening,

I am looking for a graphic designer to make a company logo " Equinox". An artistic combination of the moon and sun motif with the addition of one or two hands.

Ultimately I want to get the logo itself and the logo with the wording Equinox.

In color versions:

1. color (gold-beige)

2. white

3. black

In all necessary/standard formats, including PNG so that it can be overlaid on various backgrounds/photos.

As for the look of the logo, I am attaching inspirations (pictures from the internet). As I wrote in the introduction, a combination of moon and sun + hands/hand. As simple as possible, in the sense that there shouldn't be a lot of details to the max, I for example very dense sun rays. I will send more inspirations and ANTI-inspirations once we start working together.
