Job description
The order will consist of continuous (cyclical) conducting of specific reports, i.e. entering data from various sources and verifying the correctness of these data (validation). It is about turnover reports, budgets, cash flow, sales reports, marketing data, etc. Ultimately, I want to create a manager's Dashboard, where I will see key data / charts etc. at a glance. The job of the person we are looking for is to ensure that the data is up-to-date and error-free.
I am looking for a person who is very accurate by nature, with a rather strict mind with analytical thinking skills. Together we will develop data templates and procedures, i.e. most of the workflow (process) exists as well as templates in Google Sheets exist, but I am open to suggestions for modifications and some modifications are necessary.
I am looking for a person who knows a spreadsheet well (Google Sheets / Excel) and is able to analyze data in a basic way. I am also thinking on transferring data to another tool / database. In the future, it is planned to create a dedicated system for data management and reporting.
Cooperation will require obtaining data from various sources to which the Contractor will get access, but the data will also be sent partially from team members in various forms. Organizing forms of communication is welcome.
The right person just needs to have the right set of personality traits and skills, the work itself is not difficult. I expect responsibility for the final effect, i.e. 100% up-to-date and correct data and reports for a specified period of time.
