Creating a Script for Discord Server

I will commission the creation of a script/bot that would force the users present on the voice channel to have the option "Disable video" [(camera image), (disable the option to view video for specific people)] enabled between them.

E.g. On one voice channel, person "A" shares the camera image.

Person "B" has access to view the camera of person "A" and the ability to share his camera. Person "C" has the ability to share his camera, while being blocked from viewing the camera view of person "A" and "B". All persons "A;B;C" have the ability to have a voice conversation. Persons still retain the ability to transmit the camera view.
