Job description
Currently, the portal template stands on bootstrap 4, but its design is too old visually to attract users - it is so simple that rather at first glance 90% of users abandon it.
Your task is to create a new template and upload it to the portal.
You will do the work on a subdomain with a copy of the target portal, so that you can freely test the template for any errors.
You will be given access to ftp and admin panel.
You can work on the current template or create everything from scratch.
(I leave this decision to you - I care about a nice design).
The template is to comply with Google requirements, graphics should be in webP + png format for browsers that do not support the new standard.
