Hello sincerely,

I will commission modifications in a site put on Laravel: empiretapet.com, I would like to make changes like:

- corrections according to https://pagespeed.web.dev/ (everything in green),

- conversion of added .jpg and .png files to .webp format and possibility of uploading webp files

- speeding up page loading

- top floating menu pinned to the top bar of the browser

- adjusting the site for mobile version

- moving user ranking statistics to the main page: https://imperiumtapet.com/members, for organizing competitions

- billing on invoice by freelancer service
