Combination of e-learning platform and recipe site with paid memberships

I am looking for someone to take on a combination of 2 projects. E-learning + access to a paid community.

I currently run a recipe site (www.cozmiesa.pl). The site is put up on WordPress in Elementor. Becpie template/motif is used for the recipes. The second project is a site with online courses www.akademia.cozmiesa.pl - here I use an external solution Publigo.

What needs to be done (2 steps):

1. On the What of the Meat page, implement paid membership. That is, the ability to purchase access to the paid version, which will include additional functionality (preferably based on the current template). "Premium" functionalities on file.

2. combine the two projects into one. That is, what is on www.cozmiesa.pl and what is on www.akademia.cozmiesa.pl. For courses can use some stable LMS plugin.

Users after buying access and creating an account should be able to access both their online courses and the paid version of www.cozmiesa.pl.
