Coding and implementation of a store on WP - woocommerce

I am looking for a professional website contractor. I am accepting bids only from people who have the experience and knowledge to complete the job in a timely manner.

The work to be done is:

• implementation of a new dedicated graphic template, which will be provided by a graphic designer - it should be coded and implemented on a Wordpress script.

• Adaptation of the resolution and format of the site to current standards, so that the site works fast, is adapted to many mobile devices.

• Rewritten texts on the main page and sub-page "About the company" will be provided by a copywriter.

• Number of subpages / about us / contact form / rules and regulations / about the company / Blog ( article view / News ( product list view ) / Promotions ( product list view ) / orders ( product list with ordering option ) / offer ( product list view ) / In the product view there will be links with model symbols to download instructions in .pdf.
