I need an informational brochure design in Affinity Publisher.

I have a brochure in PDF version let's call it 1.0 and since its graphic design is poor I need to have the brochure redesigned + typeset in Affinity Publisher (a prerequisite as I want to be able to edit it myself in the future). The brochure is definitely informational and contains a lot of text, making it less artistic. However, it is good to design it quite attractively, so that it gives the impression of a full professional.
