Banknote design + printing

Good day,

We are looking for a graphic designer to design motifs on commemorative banknotes and accompanying printing.

The main elements of the banknote are fixed - only a designated area of the banknote is subject to personalization/design. Here are the details: http://gofile.me/65Aj2/3pIsseTEG

Each project has three stages:

1. design of the initial visualization of the banknote - 2 or 3 proposals/previews according to your own idea or the client's guidelines (varies)

2. after possible acceptation of any of the projects (but not every project goes to implementation) - refinement of the design to a version that meets the requirements of printing.

3. design and preparation of files for printing of polygraph:

Polygraphy - content is provided by the client, graphic elements are sometimes provided by the client sometimes the graphic designer has to use online photo resources himself under a free license.

I will ask for offers specifying the rate separately for each of the 3 stages of implementation: design/concept 3 previews, file for printing.
