Knowledge of German at an advanced level - enabling effective communication in a German-speaking environment.

Experience in conducting process audits in various industries or companies.

Processes you will audit:

Collection of impressum emails.

Creating a personalized mailing list.

Sending emails requesting permission to receive information and a link to the calendar.

Analysis of website design and sign-up process.

Analysis of the complexity of the processes.

Analysis of benefit language and adaptation of the message to the specifics of the DACH and Benelux markets.
