Automations and website in wordpress

I need some subtasks to be done:

1) integration of google sheet with wordpress ; the appearance of a new sheet activates the creation of a new custom page in wordpress ; selected fields from the sheet are downloaded.

2) creation of a custom page (template) in wordpress ; a template that will populate with data from the sheet, in addition, the entrance to this file will be limited to two email addresses ; on this page, one user will have the option of 3 responses (agree/refuse/negotiate), online appointment, or a text field ; the other user accepts the appointment online or has the option to respond, comment, etc.

3) help with wpforms integration (conditional logics, payments, etc.) but this is not the most important and urgent issue.
