Good morning!

I run a small software development company. Besides, I am the husband and father of a little girl. So I have a lot on my mind and need help!

Qualities I am looking for:

  • independence - I do not have to lead your hand,
  • proactivity - you are not afraid to ask if something is unclear. You propose better solutions if you think something can be done better.
  • accuracy - your work is of high quality.
  • commitment - your work contributes to the achievement of your goals. You are not interested in a job that will not be useful to anyone.
  • great organization - you feel great at Google Docs, etc.
  • flexibility and openness - you have no problem with the fact that sometimes I need to find a new Enterprise class client and sometimes I just need to order diapers!
  • personal culture - obviously.
  • you know English well - reading and writing are the most important. If you can also talk, it's great - let me know!

  • experience in marketing/sales - you can recognize the real needs of people and reach them.
