We need a Management Analyst to be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to improve performance, productivity, and profitability. This role requires an understanding of industry trends, data analysis, and operational processes within the appliance sector. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Analysis: Evaluate business operations, processes, and systems within the company, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost control, and productivity. - Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and analyze relevant data from various departments (sales, inventory, customer service, etc.) to generate insights and support decision-making. - Problem Solving: Collaborate with department heads to address operational issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions or process improvements. - Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing recommendations on how to adapt to market changes and gain a competitive edge. - Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of business strategies and long-term goals for growth and profitability, aligning with the overall company vision. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, production, and finance teams to align business strategies and optimize operational efficiency. - Project Management: Manage special projects as needed, ensuring timely execution and achievement of project goals. Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Proficiency in data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Project management experience is a plus.
