Advice on the creation of pages and their execution

Description

The order is to create a business card and a blog, with the same graphic design (following the current one). The blog is to be a separate page (tentatively - but I expect advice here), connected in the menu of the business card, so that you can easily go to it.

In addition:

- I want to easily modify the menu and create new tabs (an additional, uncluttered, dedicated view, e.g., a city subpage, would be useful)

Important information:

- I don't want Elementor and a million plugins

I am open to any suggestions in the design and advice on creating two sites (business card + blog). If you think that it is better to create one, offer interesting solutions and we will certainly agree 🙂
