Description
I have a form on the site that is used for course enrollment and payment. I need to add a 'deadline' field to the form (the administrator must be able to configure what kind of deadline it is - it can be in a file or in the database). The form is already connected to the database, so I also need to add the option that in addition to the existing data, it should also send the term selected by the customer.
