I am looking for a person to design a simple website , which at the same time will also be a multiplatform application (webview/hyrbyd type on Android and iOS) for arranging live meetings between users.

The technology I am considering here is Wordpress and React, but I am also open to other approaches.

A website/app with a simple system for finding users and sending them text messages.
