Job description
A simple online contact form to be made. After logging in, the user collects about 10 types of information from him (typical, i.e. company name, address, surname, telephone, e-mail, text field, number of employees, number of machines, type of machines, number of hours). The administrator has access to all collected information and the ability to send to them notifications. I am interested in the price, completion date, and what the form will be based on.

The administrator panel is available, where it will be possible to: the administrator can manage the panel on his own without the need for a programmer, e.g. changing the password
- view and sort data according to the entered data
- manage translations to other language versions
- manage industries (selection list in the form)
- send e-mail messages (selecting addresses from the ticket list) individually or in bulk (some friendly interface)
Automatic e-mail after completing the form to the filler and administrator.
Automatic updating of sheet data in the cloud
The website must have a loading speed factor (for smartphones) above 90 per Page speed insight
