Job description
I will commission the creation of a simple generator of images in the style of pixel art, nonogram, etc. Not on a phone, on a computer - if that makes any difference.
I currently use this type of generator available on the Internet. I am anxious to create something almost identical, but add an important feature for me - the ability to import images. Necessarily in color. Or even more precisely: I insert a color illustration and the program converts it to pixel art/nonograms (in color!), and I possibly apply my corrections.
I need the generator for my own use and I also don't want it to be shared anywhere by the creator. I would like to include this in the contract.
I'm not inserting the price of the order, because I'm totally unfamiliar with it and I don't even have an idea how to determine the fork.
