We are looking for a contractor for a 3D model for a city road of about 600 m in two investment options. As part of the task, it is necessary to build a 3D model based on our autoCAD (2D) drawings. In addition, we will provide photo material from a drone raid over the road section. Based on the completed model and photo material from the raid and from the road crossing, we expect to generate up to 16 visualizations including the designed road infrastructure against the background of the environment (photos from the drone raids). The road infrastructure should be modeled with greenery and street furniture (lampposts, poles and other details), as well as with sidewalks and bike paths. The lead time is 12 days. I would like to commission a 3D design, based on projections (PDF files) of a two-story house (full floor) with an area of 275m2.

I mean a "rough" (I don't know the professional term) design, i.e. one after which it will be possible to do a "virtual walk-through" and eventually add textures/other elements.

My preference is AutoCAD, but I am willing to listen to arguments in case of other preferences.
