3d design of a shopping pavilion

At the beginning I need to make 1 simple 3d visualization (eventually maybe 4) of a shopping pavilion in the photo of the place where the pavilion is to be built.

The visualization is needed as a printed attachment to the application for the lease of a plot of land from the city for the pavilion.

The project seems so simple to me that I value it at PLN 50. I am enclosing a pictorial photo of what is expected. If the contractor is pricing the project more expensive, please let me know and send a preview photo of what I can expect in the proposed - higher price.
