Zapier Automation: BigCommerce → Pipedrive Data Sync

We are looking for an experienced Zapier automation specialist to build a small integration between BigCommerce and Pipedrive.

The goal is to automatically sync customer order information from our BigCommerce store into Pipedrive.

We need two simple automations:

1. Last Order Date & Amount

Whenever a customer places an order in BigCommerce, the field “Last Order Date” and "Last Order value" should be updated in the corresponding Pipedrive organization or contact.

2. Total Order Value

The field “Total Order Volume / Lifetime Value” in Pipedrive should be updated based on the customer's total purchases in BigCommerce.

Deliverables: Working automation

- Documentation of how the automation works

- Short explanation of how we can maintain or adjust it later

If this project goes well, we may continue working together on additional automations such as:

- customer segmentation

- sales alerts

- abandoned cart leads

- reporting automations
