WebRTC video session platform with chat, image upload, and role control

## Project Overview

We are developing a custom online communication tool for consultation sessions between a specialist ("advisor") and up to 3 users. While it may resemble Zoom in appearance, this is not a full-featured Zoom clone. Instead, we want a minimal and focused MVP (minimum viable product) that prioritizes stability, simplicity, and core functionality only.

The system should allow video, audio, and chat communication, with seamless switching. The advisor has two video feeds (face and hands) and can control the session (start, end, extend, switch mode). Users only watch and listen.

Currently, we are using a third-party communication platform for this purpose, but we want to migrate this system to our own infrastructure. We can provide references and access to the existing system to help you understand the flow and features.

This project is not just a one-time build. We are looking for someone capable of long-term technical collaboration. For example, we plan to add features such as real-time interpretation (auto translation mode) in future versions. So we welcome proposals from developers who are open to continuous improvement and have the vision to scale the product.

- Video call system using WebRTC (advisor + up to 3 users)

- Dual camera support for advisor (face cam + hand cam)

- Advisor can:

- Start, end, and extend sessions

- Switch between video / voice-only / text chat modes

- Users can:

- View only (no voice/video input unless explicitly allowed)

- Realtime text chat with image upload

- Session scheduling API (generate session URL with start time, duration)

- Simple layout switching (grid view / advisor-focused view)

- Role-based access (advisor vs user)

- Mobile responsive (minimum workable layout on mobile devices)
