Design the overall solution architecture and modular automation framework.

Develop Infrastructure-as-Code modules using Terraform for repeatable infrastructure provisioning.

Develop Ansible roles and playbooks for Linux preparation, prerequisites, configuration management, and software deployment.

Automate IBM Db2 software installation and validation.

Automate Db2 instance creation, fenced-user configuration, ports, services, and environment configuration.

Automate database creation and standard configuration.

Develop parameter-driven automation supporting different environments and configurations.

Automate Db2 fix-pack installation with pre-checks, backup/configuration capture, controlled execution, validation, and rollback considerations.

Develop major-version upgrade workflows, including readiness checks and post-upgrade validation.

Automate Db2 HADR primary/standby deployment and configuration.

Automate HADR initialization, synchronization checks, role validation, takeover procedures, and reintegration workflows.

Develop Pacemaker/Corosync high-availability deployment and configuration automation.

Implement cluster health validation and controlled failover/failback workflows.

Develop database, instance, HADR, OS, filesystem, storage, and cluster health-check tooling.

Develop Db2 audit configuration and audit-data management automation.

Develop backup, restore, and recovery automation.

Implement structured logging, error handling, configuration validation, and execution summaries.

Create testing and validation procedures for individual modules and end-to-end workflows.

Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, operating procedures, troubleshooting documentation, and release documentation.
