Scan-to-BIM Specialist (Point Cloud → Revit / AutoCAD)

We are looking for an experienced Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud Processing Specialist for infrastructure-related projects.

Scope of Work

Processing and alignment of point clouds from:

Mobile / SLAM LiDAR

Terrestrial laser scanning

Photogrammetry (where applicable)

Cleaning, filtering, and classification of point cloud data

Conversion of processed data into:

Revit BIM models

AutoCAD / Civil 3D drawings

Required Skills

Proven experience with point cloud to BIM workflows

Strong knowledge of:

Autodesk Revit

AutoCAD / Civil 3D

Experience with point cloud software such as:

Autodesk ReCap

CloudCompare

Leica Cyclone / FARO software or similar

Ability to work with:

Large datasets

Noisy or complex environments

Alignments, sections, and accuracy validation

Infrastructure / tunnel experience is a strong advantage

Deliverables

Cleaned and registered point cloud files (LAS / LAZ / E57)

Revit model (RVT) at agreed LOD

AutoCAD drawings (DWG) – plans / sections as required

Short QA/QC summary (accuracy, assumptions, limitations)
