I’m an experienced and qualified Civil & Structural Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience in both design and field execution.

My areas of expertise include:

1. Architectural Plans: Floor plans, elevations, sections, and landscape design (including irrigation and planting plans)

2. Structural Design & Detailing: Steel, reinforced concrete, timber, aluminum, and light-gauge steel structures

3. Site Planning: Grading, drainage, stormwater management, and hydrologic/hydraulic design

4. MEP & HVAC Design: Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems

5. Permit & Construction Drawings

6. 3D Modeling & Rendering: Realistic visualizations using SketchUp and Enscape
