Polish Native Video Editor & Meta Ads Creative Specialist
Summary
We are looking for a Polish native-speaking Video Editor with strong experience in Meta Ads to support our e-commerce growth in Poland. You will help us produce high-performing ad creatives – short-form video, statics, hooks, and variations – optimized for the Polish market. This is an ongoing, long-term collaboration. We are a Swedish Flooring e-commerce company.
🎬 Video Editing & Creative Production (Must-have)
• Edit short-form videos for Meta Ads (6–60 sec formats)
• Create variations, hooks, sequences, pacing adjustments
• Combine footage, UGC clips, product shots, motion graphics
• Add Polish text overlays, captions and callouts
• Deliver multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
📱 Meta Ads Creative Strategy (Nice-to-have)
• Understand Polish social media behaviour and ad psychology
• Develop ad angles, scripts and storyboards
• Localize messaging for Polish consumers
• Collaborate on creative testing plans
• Analyze performance and suggest new variations
🛒 E-commerce Context (Nice-to-have)
• Basic understanding of D2C funnel: thumb-stop, hook, problem, solution, CTA
• Experience working with e-commerce brands (preferably home interior/design)
• Simple graphic design work (thumbnails, banners, static ads)
Requirements
• Native Polish speaker
• Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci or similar)
• Proven experience creating Meta Ads videos (must show examples)
• Ability to write Polish copy for hooks, text overlays and CTAs
• Understanding of Meta best practices (first 3 seconds, fast pacing, mobile-first)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
