Medical Health Tech Data Entry

We're a Norwegian health-tech startup building an electronic health record (EHR). We have extensive project documentation — regulatory requirements, legal citations, compliance tracking, integration specifications, and task breakdowns — currently spread across markdown files, Word documents, and spreadsheets. We need someone to transfer this into a structured Notion workspace that the team can use as a living reference. The work involves creating databases for legal requirements (with citation fields), compliance tracking tables, task/epic structures with status fields and dependencies, and organizing technical integration notes into a searchable knowledge base. No medical or technical judgment is required — the content exists and is clearly written; the job is accurate transfer and consistent structuring. Source material is in English and Norwegian; Norwegian content is entered as-is (no translation needed).
